Retired Capt. Lawrence "Rob" Hufford yells triumphantly after lifting 418 pounds, setting a personal best in the heavyweight category of power-lifting at the 2018 Invictus Games. 500 wounded warriors from 18 countries gathered in Sydney, Australia to compete in adaptive sporting events from October 21 through 27, 2018.
