Tech. Sgt. William Mitchell drills out a rivet on a KC-135 Stratotanker as part of his job as an Aerospace Maintenance Craftsman assigned to the 927th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. Mitchell was recently appointed to the Reserve Advisory Council where he will advocate on behalf of all the servicemembers assigned to the Air Force Reserve Command. Mitchell will be responsible for soliciting input from reservists that they will then take to the Pentagon and Capitol Hill for the council meetings, advocating on behalf of the command.
