Each Air Force base has an Employee Assistance Program with the capacity to help, as does each Airmen and Family Readiness Center. Widows and widowers of uniformed members and Reservists serving on active duty for 15 days or more can seek assistance from the Air Force Aid Society. Federal civilians may be able to receive assistance from the Federal Employee Education and Assistance Fund . Additionally, the Wingman Toolkit is intended to help Reservists help themselves and each other in times of stress.
