The 624th Regional Support Group is an Air Force Reserve wing located at JB Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii.

The 624th RSG delivers mission essential capability for the Air Force Reserve Command to Combatant Commanders through combat readiness, quality management, peacetime deployment, and execution of six geographically separated units located in Hawaii and Guam. 

The Group provides nearly 650 Combat Ready Airmen who specialize in aerial port, aeromedical support and civil engineering operations, and continuously maintains operational capability, strategic depth, and surge capacity to support missions across the globe.
