    Maxwell reservists arrive in Romania

    908th Airlift Wing Reservists and aircraft arrived at Otopeni Air Base, Romania, July 24. The 908th is here to complete the first visit of what can be called the Reserve Partnership Program, an extension of the National Guard's State Partnership Program.
