    Celebrating 100 years of Reserve Airpower, Senior Master Sgt. Darby Perrin, an Air Force artist from the 465th Air Refueling Squadron, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, unveiled a painting at the 2016 World War I Dawn Patrol Rendezvous event October 1, at the National Museum of the United States Air Force.
  • 445th Airlift Wing commander helps KISS honor veterans

    During the band, KISS's "Freedom To Rock” tour performance in Fairborn, Ohio Aug. 22, 2016, Col. Adam Willis, 445th Airlift Wing commander, thanked the band for their continuous support of the troops, the veterans and the Hiring Our Heroes organization for their support in helping veterans in need. The band then presented a check in the amount of $150,000 for the HOH program.

    A 445th Airlift Wing C-17 Globemaster III delivered more than 102,000 pounds worth of rice and beans to Haiti May 26, as part of the Denton Program. The food was provided by Kids Against Hunger, a ministry of A Child's Hope International from Cincinnati, Ohio.
