Weather conferences assist with planning for upcoming hurricane, winter seasons

Col. John Benson, 403rd Wing commander, 403rd Wing members, along with the Dr. Richard W. Spinrad, Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere & NOAA Administrator, and Dr. Mike Brennan, director of NOAA’s National Hurricane Center, attended the Tropical Cyclone Operatioins and Research Forum, Interdepartmental Hurrricane Conferrence and Winter Season Working Group March 4-8.
