RITP23 Communications set-up

Tech. Sgt. Kyle Hiner, 302nd Communications Flight network operations non-commissioned officer in charge and Gary Forsberg, Borsight contractor sets up a Mobility Air Force tactical data link antenna used to provide an air picture for command and control in Palau for the Rally in the Pacific 2023 exercise, Sept. 12.
