AFRS commander sends off cycling team to represent Forces

Cathy Amrhein, AFRS key spouse, holds up a shirt presented by Jesus "Chuy" Caro, Air Force Cycling Team, Texas team lead, as the team prepares to depart for the Register's Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa on Jul. 20, 2023 at JBSA_Randolph, Texas. The 202 total members of the team are attending the 50th anniversary of the event. The AFRS headquarters honored the local members of the team as they departed to participate in the event. Military members of the team used the WEAR program's permissive travel option to represent the Air Force during the week-long ride across Iowa. (Photo Illustration by Andrew C.
