Reserve Citizen Airmen from the Joint Base Charleston's 315th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron complete leadership skills training alongside members from the Royal Auxiliary Air Force No. 4626 Aeromedical Squadron at RAF Brize Norton, Oxfordshire, England, July 13, 2019. The object of the ropes course was to practice communication skills and team leading by passing a simulated patient from one point to another without any one member falling off the rope or passing over another member.
