Col. Sean Pierce, 446th Airlift Wing commander, is handed command of the 446th AW from Maj. Gen. Randall Ogden, 4th Air Force commander, as Col. Scott McLaughlin is relieved of command during a change of command ceremony at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Jan.6.
