Senior Airman Elliott Jones, a traditional Air Force reservist and emergency management specialist assigned to the 302nd Civil Engineer Squadron, was awarded the Outstanding Enlisted Military Member E-1 through E-4 category by the Colorado Springs Military Affairs Council. The award, which recognizes outstanding military and community achievements was presented by Lt. Gen. Michelle Johnson, superintendent of the U.S. Air Force Academy and members of the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Council during the Chamber's annual Armed Forces Week awards luncheon.
