Airman attains rare ACE award

U.S. Air Force Reserve Staff Sgt. Jason C. Britten, an aerospace ground equipment (AGE) apprentice assigned to the 913th Maintenance Squadron, adjusts the throttle on a diesel generator April 5, 2017, at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. Britten was recently awarded the prestigious ACE Award March 20, 2017, while training at Sheppard AFB, Texas. Aerospace Ground Equipment specialists are responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment that supplies electricity, hydraulic pressure and air pressure to Air Force planes.
