‘Good Samaritan’

Staff Sgt. Devin Smith is a U.S. Air Force Reserve command post controller assigned to Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz. He responded to the scene of an accident in downtown Tucson Jan. 19, assisting a 16-year-old girl whose truck rolled over and could have caught on fire.
