Mishap reporting is about to get easier with a new web-based reporting application from the Air Force Safety Center. The Airman Safety App will be accessible anytime, anywhere and on almost any device – desktop, laptop, tablet or smart phone and includes an interface that walks the user through a series of short and readily understood questions to easily report a hazard or mishap.
