ARPC A1 Awards

Master Sgt. Carola Todd, assigned to the Air Reserve Personnel Center Directorate of Personnel Transformation, was named Force Support Non-commissioned Officer of the Year. The Air Force-level award was for Todd's work as the Non-commissioned Officer Evaluations and Appeals Boards during the majority of the award period.
