Para-rescue Jumpers working on securing a stabling flotation device on the Boeing CST100 Test Capsule in Langley Research Center’s Splash Impact Basin. Astronaut Suni Williams was on hand and in the water to witness the test. The water and air temperatures during the test were in the low 40s. 02/10/2016
