MacDill tanker refuels Thunderbirds en route to Daytona 500
The U.S. Air Force Air Demonstration Squadron “Thunderbirds” fly the Delta formation over Louisiana Feb. 19, 2016. The Thunderbirds were refueled twice by a KC-135 Stratotanker from MacDill Air Force Base, Fla., once over New Mexico and a second time over Louisiana on their way to Daytona Beach, Fla., for their Daytona 500 flyover.
