Key spouses receive resiliency training

Laura Loftin, the psychological health director (DPH) for the 301st Fighter Wing, Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base, Texas, provides resiliency training to 12 spouses of the wing's Key Spouse Program Sept. 7. During the training, Loftin taught key spouses how to look for depression characteristics, build resiliency, and help develop early help-seeking skills.
