Well laid plan
Maj. Matthew Weeks (left) JBLM Directorate of Public Works project manager and 176th Engineer, along with 446 Civil Engineer Squadron commander, Maj. George Lafrazia work go over structure plans for one of the base's older buildings. The Air Force Reserve's civil engineers have teamed up with the engineers from the Washington National Guard to convert World War II-era chapel near the Dupont end of base into an Environmental Education and Conference Center.
