In-house evaluation helps Reserve recruiters find right person for the job

Senior Master Sergeant Carla Lang, Reserve Recruiting Flight Chief for the 940th Wing at Beale Air Force Base, Calif., highlights advantages of the Evaluation Standardized Test, a tool used by air component recruiters to get a general idea of a prospective recruit's aptitude for different jobs within the military.
