Maj. Gen. Mark Kyle, 22nd Air Force commander, made trip to Pope Field, N.C. to speak with the members of the 440th Airlift Wing, April 4, 2013. Kyle held a town hall meeting for the civilian personnel and Air Reserve Technicians on the first day of his visit.
