050621F-5927B-001 Airman First Class Jeffrey Hill, an Air Force reservist from the 439th Communications Squadron, Westover Air Reserve Base, Mass., sets up a junction box that connects an existing phone line into a basic access module June 21 during Jump Start, a training exercise at Duke Field, Fla. The exercise is being conducted in two-week cycles from April 23-July 23. Members of 15 Air Force Reserve Command units are being trained on new equipment their units have gained due to a change in their mission, part of what the Reserve calls "Comm Transformation."
