KEESLER AFB, Miss., --- Maj. Gen. Allan R. Poulin, vice commander, Air Force Reserve Command, indicates a smooth ride and safe landing May 26, when he delivered the latest addition to the 403rd Wing's fleet of C-130J-30 aircraft. A crew from the 403rd Wing accepted delivery of the new aircraft from Lockheed Martin, the manufacturer, in Marietta, Ga. earlier in the day. General Poulin, who spent much of his military career flying fighter aircraft, said he was impressed with the Herc.
