Maj. Robert Churchill, 302nd Fighter Squadron scheduler, flies an F-16 painted to commemorate the Tuskegee Airmen of World War II. The 302nd Fighter Squadron, a reserve unit with the 944th Fighter Wing, draws its roots from the Tuskegee Airmen. The Tuskegee Airmen were part of a program launched 65 years ago to train the first black military pilots and aircrews. The Tuskegee Airmen are credited with never losing a U.S. bomber under their escort. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Lee Harshman)
