The last three F-16s assigned to the 419th Fighter Wing prepare to taxi and leave Hill Air Force Base, Utah, for the last time June 28, 2007. The aircraft were transferred to the 482nd FW, another Air Force Reserve Command unit at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Fla. The wing's entire fleet of F-16s have been reassigned to other Reserve and Air National Guard units. The 419th FW pilots and maintainers will now fly and fix F-16s alongside their active-duty counterparts in the 388th FW at Hill AFB as part of the Air Force's Total Force Integration initiative.
