GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind., --Lt. Col. Julius Jackson, left, greets Ike Tharp of Kokomo, right as Charles Ormsby watches on, during a special gathering July 21st in the Grissom Aeroplex. Colonel Jackson was a member of the famed Tuskegee Airmen, while Ormbsby ws an aerial engineer and gunner on a B-17 in World War II.
