Air Force Reserve Staff Sgt. Eric Cross enjoys some final moments with his family before deploying to the Middle East Sept. 8 from Peterson Air Force Base, Colo. Sergeant Cross, a C-130 Hercules loadmaster, was one of approximately 50 302nd Airlift Wing members who deployed in support of U.S. Central Command operations.
