HRDC brings Airmen together to build relationships
Former Flight Officer Herbert Heilbrun (left) and Tuskegee Airman Ray Williams share a moment after telling their history to over 350 airmen during the Air Force Reserve Command Human Resources Development Council conference Oct 24-27, 2010 in Atlanta.
