Retired Col. Bill Saunders provided an energetic, motivational presentation to the Air Force Reserve personnel in attendance at the biennial Human Resource Development Council Workshop at the Atlanta Airport Marriott Hotel in Georgia Oct. 25-27. The purpose of HRDC is to advise commanders and make recommendations on topics related to its members.
