Air Force Reserve efficiencies and budget discussed on Capitol Hill
As part of the deliberation of the President’s Fiscal Year 2012 Budget Request, Lt. Gen. Charles E. Stenner Jr., and Lt. Gen. Harry M. Wyatt III converse prior to testifying for the House Armed Services Committee’s Subcommittee on Tactical Air and Land Forces. General Wyatt is the director of the Air National Guard. General Stenner is the chief of the Air Force Reserve and commander of the Air Force Reserve Command. He leads 34 wings with an authorized manning of 71,200 Reservists.
