Indiana National Guard sets up tactical operation center at Grissom
GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Capt. Eva Kelly, 38th Sustainment Brigade, receives instruction from Tony Torres on a tactical battle command system in a tactical operation center setup at Grissom July 19. The Indiana National Guard unit from Kokomo, Ind., set up their TOC at Grissom because of the facilities and land available on base. During the training, the Soldiers learned how the software programs work as a fully integrated system and how they provide accurate and timely information for those operating on the battlefield.
