Medical exercise brings together responders in shadow of 9/11
An Army Blackhawk helicopter from the 7th Battalion – 158th Aviation Regiment, Fort Hood, lands to pick up another load of simulated casualties during day one of the joint Mass Casualty Exercise held at the Army Reserve Center, Fort Worth September 10 and 11. Medical personnel from the 301st MDS, Army, Navy and other emergency responders participated in the exercise. The exercise which pulled together military and civilian units and emergency responders from around the area was used to sharpen the operational skills and procedures of the organizations during joint operations.
