Medical exercise brings together responders in shadow of 9/11

Air Force personnel from the 301st Medical Squadron work quickly to secure a simulated casualty and carry litter while observed by an Army medical evaluator during the second day of the joint Mass Casualty Exercise held at the Army Reserve Center, Fort Worth, September 10 and 11. Medical personnel from the 301st MDS, Army, Navy and civilian emergency responders participated in the exercise.
