Emergency supply kit for personal vehicles

David Breeding, 446th Airlift Wing Safety Office, McChord Field, Wash., displays a flashlight as he goes through the basics of what should be included in a vehicle emergency supply kit, Sept. 15, 2011. Breeding suggests these kits should available in the case of, vehicle accidents, being stranded in bad weather or remote locations, vehicle breakdowns, long-distance travel, or helping others who need assistance.
