Balancing force top priority say senior Air Force leaders

Chief of the Air Force Reserve, Lt. Gen. Charles E. Stenner Jr., tells the Air Force Association 2011 Air and Space Conference and Technology Exposition that it is vital to capitalize on the strengths of each component when rebalancing the Total Force.
