Daddy's home!

James wraps his arms around his dad, Capt. Nathan List, during a surprise welcome home Dec. 9 at Shirley Hills Elementary School in Warner Robins, Ga. Captain List ended his six-month deployment to Al Asad Air Base, Iraq, three weeks early, and with the help of the school staffs was able to surprise his children in their classrooms. “It was a long road home,” said List. “Tuesday (Dec. 6) I was in Iraq and today I’m with my family. It’s a great feeling,” he said. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tommie Horton)
