315 AW mass casualty exercise
Smoke fills the entry way of the medical clinic Jan. 28, 2013 at Joint Base Charleston, S.C. The 315th Aerospace Medicine Squadron conducted a mass casualty exercise, and more than 145 Airmen from the 315th Airlift Wing participated in the event. The smoke resulted after a lone gunman set off a simulated bomb outside the clinic. Firefighters, civil engineers, members of the clinic, and aeromedical evacuation personnel all played crucial roles in the success of the exercise. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Shane Ellis)
