Staff Sgt. Sarah Carter, Band of the U.S. Air Force Reserve flutist, gives feedback to students during a small group rehearsal Feb. 11, 2013, at Mercer University’s Newton Chapel. The students perform in the Macon Symphony Youth Orchestra, a musical organization that provides extensive rehearsal and performance opportunities to young musicians.
