Reserve Contributions to the Department-Level Exercise Series

The DLE series incorporates multiple command exercises into one overall threat deterrence scenario. Joint partners and multiple allies with shared interests participate. Allies and partners are critical to U.S. efforts to ensure regional and global peace and stability and provide a decisive advantage against complex threats.

 Air Force Reserve Airmen played an active role during the exercise across several locations, including Hawaii, Guam, Japan, and international airspace.

Mobility Guardian provided an opportunity for interoperability and joint integration among joint forces and allies.

Reserve personnel were exposed to a testing scenario for command and control concepts.

Special operations units integrated with conventional Air Force units and joint and allied special forces.
