Air Force Reserve Command has announced the winners of the 2014 Public Affairs Awards for Communication Excellence.

Winners, by category, representing AFRC in the Air Force-level competition are:

Major Henry H. “Hap” Arnold Award for Public Affairs Communication Effectiveness: 403rd Wing, Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi.

Best Integrated Communication Award: 419th Fighter Wing, Hill AFB, Utah.

Outstanding Communication Airman (E-1 - E-4) Award: Senior Airman Daniel Montoya, 4th Combat Camera Squadron, March Air Reserve Base, California.

Staff Sergeant Christopher S. Frost Outstanding Communication Noncommissioned Officer (E-5 - E-6) Award: Tech Sgt. Christopher Hibben, 4th CTCS, March ARB.

Outstanding Communication Senior NCO (E-7 - E-8) Award: Master Sgt. Andrew Biscoe, 439th Airlift Wing, Westover ARB, Massachusetts.

Captain Bradley R. Schuldt Outstanding Communication Company Grade Officer (O1 - O3) Award: 2nd Lt. Anne-Marie Wyant, 920th Rescue Wing, Patrick AFB, Florida.

Outstanding Communication Field Grade Officer (O4 – O5) Award: Lt. Col. James G. Bishop, 439th AW, Westover ARB.

Outstanding Communication Civilian Category I (GS-5 - GS-9 or equivalent) Award: William C. Pope, 439th AW, Westover ARB.
