ARPC customer service phone hours return to normal

Air Reserve Personnel Center officials here announced today the return of normal customer service telephone hours.

The Total Force Service Center - Denver telephone hours are Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. MST. Drill weekend support for the first three Saturdays are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve, and retiree populations can call the toll-free number at 800-525-0102.

Click on the illustration for a quick reference telephone menu. Options include support for retirements, separations, points, document requests such as DD Form 214s, force development, evaluations, awards and decorations, casualty assistance, and educational benefits.

The Total Force Service Center - Denver also provides customer service support 24/7 via the myPers website. There are more than 60 personnel services that customers can perform online including 20-year letter request, DD Form 214 request, review of electronic officer selection records, submission of Reserve School Selection Board application, and submission of retirement application.

ARPC is responsible for personnel support to nearly 1 million Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve and retired members, ensuring they are ready to deliver strategic Total Force war fighting capability for the Air Force. From initial entry to retirement, the center provides world-class support for "Generations of Airmen" throughout their military careers.

ARPC is a direct reporting unit of the Air Force Reserve Command.
