Jackson, chief of the Air Force Reserve and commander of Air Force Reserve Command, said active duty Airmen are exactly the individuals we're trying to capture into the Air Force Reserve. "Every single one of those Airman, no matter who brought them into the Air Force -- active, Guard or Reserve -- is an investment we need to retain, so would like to make them Citizen Airmen for life."
