The October issue of Citizen Airman magazine is available on the web at http://www.citamn.afrc.af.mil/.

The cover story talks about how the Air Force's new air expeditionary force construct will impact Reservists. Bo Joyner, associate editor, focuses the spotlight on the new commanders of 22nd Air Force, Maj. Gen. Stayce Harris, and 10th Air Force, Brig. Gen. Richard Scobee.

Also, the issue includes feature stories on the secretary of the Air Force's visit to Air Force Reserve Command headquarters, a Reservist and her civilian colleague who are trying to determine why women in the military are more likely to get divorced than men, a recruiter in Arizona who utilizes a fighter's mentality to meet life's many challenges, an attorney from Texas who was the first Reserve judge advocate general officer to serve as an instructor at the Air Force Officer Training School's Commissioned Officer Training course, and an F-22 pilot who flies vintage civilian aircraft to share his love of aviation with the next generation.

And finally, the back cover honors Tech. Sgt. William Posch, one of the Air Force's 12 Outstanding Airmen of the Year.
