These actions include: Col. Frank K. Brooks Jr. from director of communications and information, Headquarters AFRC, Robins AFB, to director of communications and information, Headquarters Air Education and Training Command, Randolph AFB, Texas, before July 1. Col. John L. Hayes from commander of the 609th Communications Squadron, Shaw AFB, S.C., to director of AFRC/SC, Robins AFB, before July 9. Col. William T. Cahoon from commander of the 340th Flying Training Group, Randolph AFB, to reserve advisor to the director of plans, Headquarters Air Combat Command, Langley AFB, Va., effective April 29. Col. Robert D. Williamson from director of operations for the 340th FTG, Randolph AFB, to commander of the 340th FTG, Randolph AFB, effective April 29.
