Interior designer wins Air Force award Published March 14, 2006 ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- A civil engineer interior designer for Air Force Reserve Command won an Air Force design excellence award. Patricia McCutchin of Headquarters AFRC’s civil engineering division here learned about her award March 6. She will join other Air Force facility design winners in a ceremony Aug. 3 in Washington, D.C. Ms. McCutchin creates interior design packages for large command military construction jobs and operation and maintenance projects. In the past 10 years, the worth of those works exceeded $1 billion.
