Reserve selects top performance manager Published March 21, 2006 ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Capt. Ray W. Gale from the 910th Airlift Wing, Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio, is Air Force Reserve Command’s top performance manager for 2005. Command officials announced the award selection March 20. Captain Gale was one of first performance managers in the command to volunteer and deploy overseas in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. After winning at the wing-level, he was chosen the top company grade officer in 22nd Air Force for 2005. (AFRC News Service)
