McChord reservist nominated for American Legion award

ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. --  A reservist from the 728th Airlift Squadron, McChord AFB, Wash., is Air Force Reserve Command’s nominee for the 2006 American Legion Spirit of Service Award.

Senior Airman Lyn C. Yin was nominated for the award for volunteer service.

“Airman Yin’s integrity, loyalty, sacrifice and innovative leadership have been invaluable to the mission of the Air Force Reserve Command,” wrote Maj. Gen. Allan R. Poulin, AFRC vice commander, in announcing the award April 20. (AFRC News Service)
