The Air Force Reserve's 403rd Wing dedicated one of its C-130J-30 "Flying Jenny" aircraft to the City of Biloxi Sept. 20, 2006. Representative for the city, Mr. Nathan Sullivan accepted a placque on behalf of Biloxi and assisted Brig. Gen.
