Air Force Reserve headquarters staff earns award Published March 6, 2007 ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command is among 16 organizations throughout the Air Force to receive the Air Force Organizational Excellence Award for 2004-2005. The Secretary of the Air Force Personnel Council announced the awards March 5. According to Headquarters AFRC A1 manpower and personnel officials, this is the second time in 11 years that the headquarters staff has received the AFOEA. The award is for superior performance from Oct. 1, 2003, to Sept. 30, 2005. Airmen assigned to headquarters during that time, including traditional reservists, air reserve technicians, individual mobilization augmentees, Active Guard and Reserve members and active-duty people, are eligible for the award.
